  • What is Rock N Roll Circus?
    Rock N Roll Circus is a multi-day festival mixing the best of live music with the best of circus entertainment. As well as a brilliant line up, there are daily circus workshops (in case you didn't already want to join the circus!), a huge food and drinks village, multiple stages and so much more.   • Where is Rock N Roll Circus?
    This year we are bringing the circus to multiple locations! Rock N Roll Circus will be held at the Don Valley Bowl, Sheffield AND Earlham Park, Norwich. The location of customer entrances will be communicated nearer the event. Norwich: Thursday August 14th - Sunday August 17th Sheffield: Wednesday August 27th - Sunday August 31st
  • What time does the event start?
    Gates times will vary per day, please see timings on Ticketek's website for your events details.
  • Is there an age policy?
    Rock N Roll Circus is a family event and open to all ages; under 14s must be accompanied by an adult and under 5s go free of charge with a full priced adult ticket (maximum 2 per ticket).
  • What CAN and CAN'T I bring?
    Can I bring my own alcohol? We do not permit any alcohol to be brought on to the site. We have a great selection and variety to purchase from ales to cocktails across various bars. Things you can bring: - Cameras, film or video equipment (lenses must be less than 6 inches) - Cigarettes for personal use Things you can’t bring: - Aerosols over 250ml - Air horns and megaphones - Alcohol for personal consumption - All gas canisters of any size - Animals (other than registered hearing dogs or guide dogs) - Any item which may be reasonably considered as a weapon, includes any items which may cause danger, offence or disruption to any other person - Audio recorders - Camping equipment - Cans - Chairs - Drones - Flags - Gazebos - Glass - Paper Lanterns - Fireworks or Flares
  • Can I bring my bag?
    If you are bringing a bag, it must be no bigger than an A4 size sheet of a paper otherwise it will not be permitted.
  • Is there food available at the venue?
    Yes, there are plenty of different food options available at the venue. The food options cater to all dietary requirements.
  • Do you have a lost property?
    If you have lost something at the festival, please send details to lostproperty@rocknrollcircus.co.uk and we will endeavour to return it to you. We do not accept any liability for personal items taken into the Festival.
  • Community impact
    Rock N Roll Circus is committed to having as minimal impact as possible on the community and local residents in the vicinity of the Festival. If you are a local resident and want to contact the Festival to report a noise-related issue, or report a negative impact on your community then please don't hesitate to contact us on 0114 303 6725 (during event hours only) or via email on residents 'at' info@rocknrollcircus.co.uk and or/residents@rocknrollcircus.co.uk.
  • Do you have accessibility tickets?
    If you require Accessibility & Carer tickets - please purchase a ticket & reach out to our ticketing partners here by completing the form. When filling out our contact form please ensure you confirm which event you are interested in. Two accessible ticket types are offered: 1. Viewing platform with carer ticket & access to toilets. 2. Free Carer ticket & access to the access toilets. (no viewing platform) If you have any questions or issues with the application, please email us at access@rocknrollcircus.co.uk &/or customerservice@ticketek.co.uk, and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Please note that the response rate is 3 - 5 working days.
  • Can I purchase tickets on the door?
    If the event has not sold out, tickets will be available to purchase on the door.
  • Where is the box office?
    At the event, the box office is located at the main entrance to the site. It will be clearly signposted. In the meantime you can contact our ticketing partners: Gigantic, Ticketek & Ticketmaster

  • Traveling by car
    From the M1 motorway: Come off at junction 34 (Meadowhall), follows signs for Sheffield A6178, Attercliffe common it’s a straight road in and only one mile from the M1. Sheffield Arena is on your left, take the second left onto Coleridge Road.
  • Travelling by tram
    Travelling by Supertram from Sheffield City Centre: Catch the Yellow or Tram Train Route service to Meadowhall or Parkgate and get off at Arena/Olympic Legacy Park. A return ticket is £4. ​ Travelling by Supertram from Meadowhall: Catch the Yellow Route service to Middlewood and get off at Arena/Olympic Legacy Park. A single is £2 or a short distance return is £3.70. ​ Travelling by Supertram from Sheffield Station: Catch the Blue or Purple Route service to Fitzalan Square and cross to the opposite platform. Then catch the Yellow Route service to Meadowhall and get off at Arena/Olympic Legacy Park. A return ticket is £4.00. ​ Travelling by Supertram from Rotherham: Catch the Tram Train service from Parkgate or Rotherham Central station towards Sheffield Cathedral and get off at Arena/Olympic Legacy Park. A single is £2.00 or a short distance return is £3.70
