Norwich’s second year stretched to four days. The Streets played A Grand Don’t Come For Free in full, The Kooks and The Vaccines marked 20 years of their debut albums, and Madness closed the festival with Ocean Colour Scene, The Wailers, The Selecter and David Rodigan.
